本プライバシーポリシーは、Neruka Studio（ネルカスタジオ。以下「当スタジオ」）が運営するウェブサイト（以下「本サイト」）における個人情報の取り扱いを定めるものです。

当スタジオの住所および代表者の氏名は、下記のお問い合わせ窓口までご請求いただいた場合、遅滞なくお知らせします。

2. 取得する情報

当スタジオは、お問い合わせフォームを通じて、以下の情報を取得します。

お名前
店舗名
メールアドレス
お問い合わせ内容
電話番号・LINE ID（任意でご入力いただいた場合）

また、本サイトの表示・配信、迷惑投稿の防止およびセキュリティ確保のため、ホスティング事業者（Netlify）のシステムにより、IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、アクセス日時などの技術情報が自動的に処理される場合があります。

本サイトでは、広告目的やアクセス解析目的のCookie・トラッキング技術は使用していません。

3. 利用目的

取得した個人情報は、以下の目的の範囲内で利用します。

お問い合わせへの回答およびご連絡
無料プレビュー・お見積り・ご提案の作成
ご依頼いただいたサービスの提供、およびそれに付随するご連絡
不正利用・迷惑行為の防止および本サイトの安全な運営

4. 第三者への提供

当スタジオは、次の場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

5. 外部サービスの利用（業務委託）と外国での取り扱い

当スタジオは、本サイトの運営およびお問い合わせ対応のため、以下の外部サービスを利用しており、その範囲で個人情報の取り扱いを委託しています。

Netlify — 本サイトのホスティング、お問い合わせ内容の受信・保存およびメール通知
Google（Gmail）— お問い合わせ通知メールの受信・管理

これらの事業者は、日本国外（米国を含む）で情報を取り扱う場合があります。お問い合わせフォームから送信されることにより、ご本人は、上記事業者による日本国外での取り扱いに同意したものとします。外国における個人情報の保護に関する制度については、個人情報保護委員会のウェブサイトで公表されている情報をご参照ください。

また、本サイトの一部の画像は外部サービス（Unsplash、Amazon CloudFront）から読み込まれており、閲覧時にお使いのブラウザがこれらのサーバーに接続し、IPアドレス等が送信されます。

6. 安全管理措置

当スタジオは、個人情報の漏えい、滅失またはき損を防止するため、通信の暗号化（HTTPS）、閲覧権限の限定その他の合理的な安全管理措置を講じ、委託先に対しても必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

ただし、インターネット上の通信および外部サービスについて、完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。

7. 保存期間

個人情報は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間に限り保存し、不要となった後は合理的な期間内に削除します。ご本人から削除のご請求があった場合は、法令上保存が必要な場合を除き、遅滞なく削除します。

8. 開示・訂正・利用停止・削除等のご請求

ご本人は、当スタジオが保有する個人情報について、利用目的の通知、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、第三者提供の停止を請求することができます。下記のお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。ご本人確認を行ったうえで、法令に従い遅滞なく対応します。

9. 対象となる方

本サイトのサービスは、店舗・事業を営む方を対象としています。16歳未満の方は、保護者の同意を得たうえでご利用ください。

10. 免責事項

本サイトからリンクされた外部サイトにおける個人情報の取り扱いについては、各サイトの方針が適用され、当スタジオは責任を負いません。

当スタジオは、法令で認められる範囲において、当スタジオの責めに帰すべき事由によらずに生じた損害について責任を負いません。

11. 本ポリシーの変更

当スタジオは、法令の変更や運営内容の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。改定後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。重要な変更がある場合は、本サイト上でお知らせします。

This Privacy Policy explains how Neruka Studio ("we", "us") handles personal information on this website (the "Site").

Our address and the name of our representative will be provided without delay on request to the contact address below.

2. Information we collect

Through the contact form we collect:

Shop name
Email address
Your message
Phone number and LINE ID (only if you choose to provide them)

To deliver and secure the Site and filter spam, our hosting provider's (Netlify's) systems may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser type and access time.

We do not use cookies or tracking technologies for advertising or analytics.

3. How we use it

We use personal information only to:

Reply to and contact you about your inquiry
Prepare a free preview, quote or proposal
Provide services you request and related communication
Prevent abuse and keep the Site secure

We will ask for your consent before using it for any other purpose.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required or permitted by law (for example, to protect life, body or property, or to cooperate with public authorities).

5. Service providers and processing outside Japan

Google (Gmail) — receiving and managing inquiry notification emails

These providers may process information outside Japan, including in the United States. By submitting the contact form, you consent to this processing outside Japan. Information on foreign data-protection systems is published by Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission.

Some images on the Site load from third-party services (Unsplash, Amazon CloudFront); your browser connects to their servers and sends your IP address when you view the Site.

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access, and we supervise our service providers appropriately. No method of transmission over the internet or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and delete it within a reasonable time afterwards. If you ask us to delete it, we will do so without delay unless the law requires us to keep it.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to notify you of the purpose of use, or to disclose, correct, add to, delete, stop using or stop sharing your personal information. Contact us at the address below; after confirming your identity we will respond without delay as required by law.

9. Who our services are for

Our services are intended for shop and business owners. If you are under 16, please use the Site with a parent's or guardian's consent.

10. Limitation of liability

Websites linked from the Site are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle personal information.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage that arises from causes not attributable to us.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when laws or our operations change. The updated policy takes effect when posted on this page, and we will announce significant changes on the Site.

12. Governing law

This policy is governed by and interpreted under the laws of Japan. If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.
